What is the difference between daily free quota and subscription credits?
Daily free quota refreshes every day, is valid only for that day, and does not stack. Subscription credits are granted every monthly billing cycle and can roll over within the plan limit while the subscription remains active.
How is the maximum monthly credit amount calculated?
It is the monthly subscription credits plus the total daily free quota you can receive during the month. The daily quota must be used on the same day, so the displayed monthly amount is the maximum possible amount.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Yes. Unused subscription credits can roll over while your subscription is active, but the subscription credit balance is capped by the rollover limit of your current plan.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When the subscription period ends, rollover subscription credits expire and are cleared. During an active subscription, rollover credits within your plan limit do not expire.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from account management. Your paid plan remains available until the current billing period ends, and it will not renew afterward.
How do subscription upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately in the current billing cycle, and the new plan benefits become available right away. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle, so your current plan remains active until the period ends; when the new lower plan starts, rollover subscription credits are capped by that plan's rollover limit.
Do all paid plans include VIP access?
Yes. All paid subscriptions include VIP access, higher-quality output, batch processing, rollover, and the ability to buy one-time credit add-ons. Output size still depends on the selected tool and credit cost.
Can I buy extra credits without changing my subscription?
Yes. You can buy one-time credit add-on packs without a subscription. Purchases grant VIP access and add permanent credits for extra workload.
What happens if a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded?
If a renewal payment fails or an order is refunded, paid benefits and subscription credits may be paused, adjusted, or cleared according to account and payment rules.
How do credit packs work?
Credit packs are one-time purchases available to all logged-in users. They are added to your permanent credit balance, can be used across all site features, include VIP access, and are counted separately from daily free quota and subscription credits.
